The room was impressive, the staff was amazingly kind. The breakfast was great and there were lots of options. Low cost hotel with terrific customer service. Besides, free Wi-Fi in the rooms was an unexpected bonus. Perfect location so close to the River. Also, I appreciated how easy the location was.

Perfect location, amazingly kind staff, impressive rooms, nice hot breakfast. The staff did all they can for a really great stay. I slept so comfy in the very comfy bed. And I greatly enjoyed the proximity to the shops and various shops in New Orleans.

The staff was very amiable, the room was impressive, bed was exceptionally comfortable. I got free upgrade and appreciated it. Absolutely great hotel with great customer service. The stay was awesome.
