The staff at this hotel were incredibly warm, accommodating, and helpful! They genuinely cared about my wellbeing and provided exceptional customer service. The location was fantastic, just steps away from the lively French Quarter but still affordable. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. Additionally, being on the parade route during Mardi Gras was a pleasant surprise with a great view.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was incredibly close to Bourbon Street, which made it perfect for walking and exploring the area. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We appreciated the fact that there was parking available, as it made it convenient for us to bring our own vehicle. Additionally, the location was great for getting around the city, with easy access to the Hilton Garden Inn, Royal Street, and the streetcar lines. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with excellent tips and recommendations for places to eat in the city. The breakfast provided was limited but enjoyable, with good coffee and cakes.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a block away from Bourbon Street. We could easily walk to all the attractions in the area or use the tram car that stops nearby. The staff was super friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the valet. The rooms were clean and comfortable, just like the photos. The lobby was vibrant and had plenty of seating, allowing us to relax and enjoy the views. We also loved the coffee shop in the lobby, especially their amazing brownies. the hotel provided a great experience in terms of location, staff, and cleanliness.

The hotel's perfect location made it easy for us to explore the city, from Jackson Square to the wedding we were attending. The hotel's facilities were top-notch and the cleanliness was exceptional. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect, within walking distance of most of the places I wanted to go. The hotel facilities were great, with a clean and beautifully decorated lobby, comfortable seating, and plenty of windows to take in the views. The room itself was like an apartment, complete with a balcony. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the bed and sleeper sofa were comfortable. this hotel provided a fantastic experience.
